At Flexiple, you’ll join a team that’s sharp, driven, and serious about building something meaningful. You’ll work with fast-growing startups and well-known companies, helping them build world-class teams. 

What's the role: 

You’ll work directly with Suvansh (our co-founder) to drive the most critical functions at Flexiple. This isn’t a “shadow-the-founder-and-take-notes” kind of role. You’ll dive deep into everything — sales, customer success, finance, HR — whatever it takes to keep us moving forward.

You’ll be solving real problems, owning high-stakes projects, and collaborating closely with the founding team. If it’s core to the business, you’ll be a part of it. This role is perfect if you're looking to learn what it takes to scale a startup from the inside out.

What you'll do: 

Driving execution across business functions
→ Manage and prioritize projects across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and HR. Own outcomes and keep teams aligned on what matters most.

Setting up scalable processes
→ Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and build systems that grow with the company.

Supporting sales and customer experience
→ Track leads, assist in communication and follow-ups, and ensure clients have a seamless experience from first touchpoint to long-term engagement.

Assisting in finance and HR operations
→ Handle invoicing, payments, hiring coordination, and onboarding. You’ll help ensure both our finances and our team-building efforts stay sharp.

Leading founder-led initiatives
→ Work directly on strategic, often zero-to-one projects. From researching new business ideas to driving execution, you’ll help shape what comes next.


Who we are looking for: 

Incredible communication skills: You write clearly, speak confidently, and can work smoothly with everyone — founders, team members, or clients.


1–3 years of relevant experience: You’ve worked in a business development, sales, or founder’s office role — ideally in a fast-moving team.


You’ve worked directly with founders before: You understand the pace, the expectations, and the kind of ownership mindset it takes to make things work.


You love solving real problems: You want to understand the “why” and find better ways to do things.


You figure things out: If something lands on your plate, you find a way to get it done. You ask the right questions, move quickly, and take full ownership.
